How Booking Works

We'll confirm availability within 24hrs.
You'll receive an email with our Rental Agreement and Invoice.
Pay Booking Deposit to secure your date.

FAQ
Do I have to clean the machine? Nope! We take care of the cleaning.
Do you deliver? Yes! We offer free delivery within 5 miles. Beyond that, delivery is available for an additional fee, $2 per additional mile.
How much is the booking deposit and when is it due? The booking deposit is 50% of the grand total. The deposit is due during booking.
When is the remaining balance due? The remaining balance is due 24 before your event starts.
How do I pay? We send a secure Square invoice after confirming your booking.
What payment methods do you take? We accept all major credit/debit cards through Square.
Can it fit in my car? Yes! Most of the machines break down into two pieces and fit in the trunk of most vehicles.
How do I reserve my date? Fill out our booking form or send us a message! Once we’ve confirmed your date, we’ll send your rental agreement and collect your nonrefundable booking deposit to secure your reservation.
How much ice do I need for the snow cone machine? Up to 25 guests → 10-15 Ibs Up to 50 guests → 20-25 Ibs Up to 75 guests → 30-35 Ibs
